PCTS Consultants is a specialized hospitality consultancy firm providing end-to-end solutions in facility planning, MEP coordination, and operational efficiency for hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments. We work closely with developers, architects, operators, and contractors to deliver well-coordinated, high-performing hospitality projects.

Reporting To: Project Manager / Project Lead

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will support planning, coordination, and execution of hospitality consultancy projects, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves tracking project schedules, documentation, deliverables, and assisting Project Managers in day-to-day project control activities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating hospitality consultancy projects
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams (MEP, planning, design) and external consultants/vendors
  • Organize and document project meetings, MOMs, and action trackers

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a communication bridge between clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Follow up on pending actions, submissions, and approvals
  • Support coordination meetings with clients, architects, PMC, and contractors

Quality & Compliance

  • Assist in ensuring project deliverables align with PCTS standards and client requirements
  • Support audits, reviews, and internal quality checks

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles
  • Prior experience in hospitality or consultancy projects preferred

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of project coordination workflows
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); MS Project or similar tools preferred
  • Ability to read and coordinate drawings/ layouts and technical documents
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • Professional attitude with clients and stakeholders
